Exporting Reports, working on them then re-importing in NRC

There used to be a video posted that showed how to export the reports,
modify them and then re-import them. I cannot seem to find this video
anymore. I think it was Sean Jackson who created them. Does anyone
know where I can find either this video or a tutorial on how to
accomplish this?

Thanks
Brent

Brent--I could not locate the video that you refer to but I was able to
obtain a written tutorial from Eric O'Brien in Tech Support.

Hope this helps,
