Ability to import Microsoft Cumulative Updates to SA library

We have reported that on their 10.51 env. they are not able to import MS cumulative updates.

Example KBs:
4495257 (SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU15)
4013098 (SQL Server 2014 SP2 CU5)

I will upload a complete list of KBs shortly
I performed a test on our 10.51 lab by importing MS offline catalogue along with mf-connetor  ms patch supplement content and I am still missing the 4495257 patch.

Hi team,

We have been reported on ticket SD02672903 that every MSSQL Cumulative Update KB is not included in wsusscn2.cab and the current MS Supplement Patch except the GDR. This is tested with 2018.08 version, MSSQL 2012, SP2, SP4 and 2017 versions.

This is due to CU are not categorized as security update by MS. For example:

All CU except the highlighted one are not included and cannot be imported as software.

Full list can be download at SQL Builds v3.zip
