DCA Content Management User Experience

DCA users would love to see an improved content management user experience such as:

- Consume DCA Content from ITOM Marketplace and not just from the DCA containers

- Package DCA Content from the User Interface

- Promote content between stages 

- Search and install, from the product, content located on ITOM Marketplace or other artifact management systems (eg. Artifactory, Nexus etc)

- Receive notifications, in the product, when new content is being released on ITOM Marketplace and users would like to upgrade

Content should always be separated from product platform release cycle because enterprise doesn't update platform until current release-2 version so it is big hole in our product design and not to mention competitive setback if we content can't be deployed independently.
