DMA - data and log retention configuration

It looks like DMA does not have any built in mechanism or documented procedure for pruning or deleting historical data. We will need the ability to configure the data retention with regards to the undeployed DB server which was originally deployed using DMA. In addition, we will need the ability to configure the DMA log retention and rotation which currently does not seem to be available/ documented.
