DMA support to manage PostgreSQL at least for compliance and patching.

PostgreSQL is getting really popular as a DB for many applications, the cluster support and HA support is sound. We need DMA to be able to manage PostgreSQL on RHEL/Linux and Windows and be able to run the same type of workflows as MySQL for example, but at least Discovery, Compliance, Patching, Start/Stop and Backup.

I liked this idea and since all our CDF suites require PostgreSQL so it is very high time that we support our tools for automating our platforms else implementation of HA and DR for just DB require more work then implementing suite itself.
