Server Automation - Support for wild card third party certificate

Setting up SA in third-party certificate mode requires third-party CA signed certificates for each of the target SA managed servers. The process to request and get the signed certificate can take several days, in addition it would cost more to purchase a certificate for every server. To overcome this, we would like to have the ability to use a single CA signed wild card certificate (not the bootstrap certificate) that can be installed on all of the target servers that we want to manage through SA.
