stage_pkg_in_realm script enhancement

Currently the "stage_pkg_in_realm' script for HPSA is limited to one package per call and requires interactive authentication from the command line to function.  I would like to suggest the following enhancements to help pre-cache software packages on HPSA Satellites that have limited network bandwidth.

1. Authentication pulled from a configuration file similar to that of the patch import scripts for RHEL/Solaris

2. Accept multiple packages to stage from either commandline arguements or from a provided reference file

3. Accept a software policy as a source for a package list.
