Add Relative time option "Completed within last" for Time Frame tab of Reports

Currently for configured reports under the Reporting context of the Data Protector GUI there is only the Relative time option of "Started within last".   It would be very beneficial to be able to have the option to select a Relative time of "Completed within last".  Any session that finished regardless of status would be reported.

Having this feature would be beneficial for example if a user just wanted to generate a daily report of used media within the last 24 hours to prepare for offsite storage.

It’s a good thought but now it depends on what granularity we provide in reporting. Today our least count on time is a day. We do not have the option to select or specify hours.

Instead, the customer can run the report using the date picker and generate the report. Once generated – it can be sorted based on time stamps and can choose to see the data in range he is interested in.

Will this solution suffice as a workaround ?

Note the goal is to have an automated report of just the completed sessions.  Using the date picker and manually generating the report it would list all backup sessions including those in progress.

Hi,

I totally agree that this option should be available.
