Add recommended AV exclusions to the DP documentation

Data Protector is known to experience a performance hit if antivirus is enabled, but I could not find any recommendations in the official DP documentation, except for GRE. There are DP Support Tips in the forum (e.g. https://community.microfocus.com/t5/Data-Protector-User-Discussions/DP-Support-Tip-Data-Protector-and-Anti-Virus/td-p/1496546) about which directories and processes to exclude if e.g. McAfee or Panda is running, but it would be much easier to convince a customer to approve such changes if this information is included in the official documentation,
