Allow to configure INET port in Cell Manager setup on Windows

Brief description:

Please improve the setup process for the Windows Cell Manager to allow the user to specify the INET port. Just do a minor addition to the following screen of the setup.

Benefit:

Makes users aware of the used INET port on the Cell Manager and that its default has changed with version 10.x and later. Allow to configure the proper INET port during the CM setup and avoid any unneccesary confusion involved with editing the value in Windows registry or using omnicc -update_local_port or omnicc -update_port.
