Backup/restore of Linux capabilities should be supported

Backup/restore of Linux capabilities should be supported

DP 10.x
OS: SLES 12 (x86_64)
File system type: ext4

Data Protector 10.x does not backup all extended file attributes (capabilities) and therefore cannot restore them.
This might cause problems regarding the execution of commands.

As example "ping".

before restore
-------------------
# ll /usr/bin/ping
rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 43480 Sep 20  2014 /usr/bin/ping

# getcap /usr/bin/ping
/usr/bin/ping = cap_net_raw+ep

after restore
-----------------
# ll /usr/bin/ping
rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 43480 Sep 20  2014 /usr/bin/ping

# getcap /usr/bin/ping

Extended attributes (capabilities) were not restored!
As a consequence the command "ping" will not work for all users anymore (except root) after restore.

Enhancement:
Data Protector should be improved regarding Linux extended attributes so that we are
able to backup/restore Linux capabilities.
