Data Protector Agent on Windows Clients without WOW64

Brief description:

While the Data Protector agent itself is 64-bit, the local and remote deployment does not work, if WOW64 (32-bit Compatibility) is not installed on a Windows system.

This is because the setup.exe and installservice.exe are 32-bit to support 32-bit and 64-bit clients.

Benefit:

Not installing WOW64 reduces the footprint of Windows clients and improves security.

We have plans to update the Windows Installer portion in an upcoming release. This should address the item. But needs a check.
