Generic boot media for EADR recovery

Brief description:

While Data Protector offers great flexibility on recovering physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers using EADR I think having a generic boot media, that does not require to be recreated for each new backup performed, would be a great addition.

It should allow driver injection (network, storage), dissimilar hardware recovery at runtime and allow the user to choose from any available backup or copy for recovery from local or remote Media Agent. Configuration of of the MiniOS network settings can be either DHCP or manual before the process starts. Full, minimal and custom recovery (with changed disk layout) are required.

Existing Enhancement Requests:

QCCR2A54281: Generic boot media for EADR recovery

Benefit:

Improved usability of the EADR process and overall lower RTO.
