For that you will need to specify the hour. These are the only timeframe options: 

TimeframeOption:
-timeframe Start Duration 
-timeframe Day Hour Day Hour

Day:
[YY]YY/MM/DD (1969 < [YY]YY < 2038)

Hour:
HH:MM
