Introduce Storeonce system software version 4.1.0 support for DP 9.09

Customer plans to deploy a new Storeonce 5650 with DP 9.09.
This Storeonce uses system software version 4.1.0 but DP 9.09 allows only system software 3.16 and earlier.
4.1.0 would be supported with DP 10.20 but cu has strong need to deploy DP 9.09 as long as possible.
