Local client installation on ubuntu

A  customer would like to have the opportunity to perform a local DP installation of components via debian package mager instead of requiring rpm package manager to be installed.

Debian package manager seems to be installed per default also with ubuntu server.

Seems like something that could be made part of request to support Debian?
