Reduce the Windows Media kit size

Brief description:

The size of the Data Protector Windows Media kit is exploding. It is now 4 GB in size with only 2,5 GB useful data on it. The remaining capacity is consumed by Open Source files that have no use for a regular user.

Benefit:

Remove OpenSources directory structure from the Windows Media kit to allow faster downloads and quicker transfers. If Micro Focus has the legal requirements to provide the open source components with the product, those should be moved to a separate Media kit.
