VMware full backup should skip unallocated sectors

Brief description:

During a VEPA VMware full backup the integration should skip unallocated sectors using VDDK features.

Before a full backup, you can call VixDiskLib_QueryAllocatedBlocks to get a list of in-use disk sectors so your backup can skip unallocated sectors.

Benefit:

Backup only required data and no white space inside the VMDKs. This will result in faster backup, less storage capacity consumed  and bring down the numbers for Capacity-based licenses (CBL) reported for the VMware integration.
