omnicc should allow to list configured peers and exceptions

Brief description:

The omnicc command is used to configure or delete secure communication for clients. omnicc does not offer an option to list or check secure communication status of client systems. Looking at the ssconfig file on the CM is simply not sufficient for reporting on Cell security.

Please add options to:

  1. List clients configured for secure communication (with certificate, with exception, etc)
  2. Allow to actively check secure communication status
  3. Display a secure communication summary (how secure is this cell)

Benefit:

Allow the administrator or security officer to simply check the environment for possible misconfigured clients that might have access to the Cell Manager.
