omnicc -update_host must be available in GUI

Brief description:

When performing local client installation/upgrade the command omnicc -update_host is required all of the time to get current information into the cell_info (and configure secure peering in one step). This common action is not available in the GUI. It must be executed from CLI.

Please add a "Refresh" to one/multiple clients in the GUI similar to the "Refresh" action available for the Installation Server. It should execute omnicc -update_host in the background and also allow to confirm the secure peering certificate (if the host is not already trusted).

Benefit:

Reduce the usage of the CLI to a minimum.
