reduce the messages from MySQL Backup - INFO: Copying /../../.. (Barracuda file format).

Linux RHEL 7.2 CellServer DP 10.30

Hello,

maybe (if possible) reduce the messages from MySQL Backup. We have MySQL Backup's that running less then 5 minutes with 14GB backup data that produce more then 70,000 lines of messages.

Most of the messages are

190926 08:22:19 RDR1 INFO: Copying /../../../file.ibd (Barracuda file format).

this INFO seem's to be unnecessary

We had increase the global:SmMaxAgentMessages and global:SmMaxMessagesPerSession to see the End of the Session.

Thanks

Hello @Shishir Misra,

I did some research on this. According to the Oracle documentation "mysqlbackup writes important progress and error information to the stderr stream". So it should be possible to exclude the stderr stream and only include stdout in the session messages.
