Brick has to be executed on the CM?  So I'm guessing there's no joy for Linux and HP-UX CMs?

Hi Jim,

yes the tool has to be executed on the Windows CM, as some commands done require to be run on CM. As described in roadmap the script of course will be ported to Linux and Unix once all stuff is included / finished in Windows version. I expect to have the port ready in Q1 2013.

Best regards

Daniel

Hi Uvi, as this is no standard report within DP, this cannot be collected at the moment. If you can describe in more detail what you require and how the result should look like I'll give it a try to programm it and to include it into BRICK. Maybe you can use my private mail for more details (daniiel-braun@data-protector.org). Best regards Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Just tried BRICK on my DP environment - works very well!

It's going to make logging support calls a lot easier 🙂

Cheers,

Bob
