Hi @SGL1

This can be a corruption in Java side.

You can try to do a Repair of the installation. Go to Control Panel > Program and Features > HPE Data Protector > Change > Repair.

This will keep your current IDB with no change but will reinstall of the binaries files.

Hello @SGL1,

Is the system running out of memory? Have you tried to reboot the Cell Manager system? Run omnisv stop, remove all log files from C:\ProgramData\Omniback\log\AppServer directory and try again by running omnisv start. Share the newly logs from the AppServer.

Sebastian Koehler

Please close this topic. We got a copy from the old installation and is working now.

Thanks!
