Cannot update a DP Windows Client with many KBs installed.

Installer checks in output from systeminfo.exe if the necessary KBs are installed:

Hotfix(es): 350 Hotfix(e) installiert.
[01]:
...
[245]: KB3097966
[246]: KB                     <---- output ends

But the output from systeminfo is not complete and comes the following error:

Either KB3118401 or KB2999226 is not installed on the system.

System is not compliant for Microsoft Visual Studio redistributable installation or required UCRT components are unavailable.

Hello @vdd

This is a known situation with DP 10.40 and 10.50. Already exists a hotfix for DP 10.40 but I am not completely sure that is working because I haven't test it yet. You can request it to support with this ID: QCCR2A84074

Anyway, you need to have the following combination of patches in your server so we can make a workaround to install the software. This is the list:

To confirm that you have the KBs needed, you can run this command: wmic qfe where hotfixid="KB2919355"

When you confirm that your OS is compliant, you can install Visual Studio 2017 with the installer in the same DP installation package, should have this name: vcredist_x64 or vcredist_x86

After that, you can install DP using the MSI: Data Protector A.10.40.msi. 
Doing this will skip the test performed for the setup.exe

I have checked and looks like the hotfix is already tested and works properly. So if you want, you can open a support case and request it.
