Connect to Cell Manager from Windows Desktop

Hi there,

 

Does anybody know if there is a way to manage the Cell Manager from a Windows Desktop to overcome the 2 RDP sessions limit on the server

Thanks for that what is the name of the setup file for that on the installation media

Hello andrewhaughton, 

If you have the WINDOWS system ready (the one you need to install DP SW) and that you have the "downloadable" DP installation files, then you can proceed as per instruction in the INSTALLATION GUIDE.

Local installation

Windows clients can be installed locally, from the Windows installation DVD-ROM or ISO image:

=> follow the steps on this section.

 

9. The component selection summary page is displayed. Click Install to install the selected components.

=> at step no. 9, ensure you select the component "User Interface".
