DP 6.0 Unix install server doing windows installs?

Jump to solution
We have several cellmasters running on HPUX connecting to HPUX, Solaris, Linux and Windows boxes. For all of them with the exception of the Windows boxes we can push out new clients and patches from the cellmaster.

Does anyone know of a way to incorporate windows client software into the Unix install manager? So it can be updated from the cellmaster?

Hi,

No, it is not possible to install a Windows client from an Unix installation server. You have to install the Windows installation server subproduct on one of your Windows clients (or use an dedicated PC as Windows installation server).
