(DP) Support Tip: When starting the DP Home Page popup errors "Reason: Internal Server Error" appear

Additional behaviors might be seen such as:

  • Schedules do not run
  • Clients on the home page show "0"


Cause:

There is a syntax error in the cell_format file on the cell manager:

  • Windows: \programdata\omniback\server\config\cell\
  • Unix: /etc/opt/omni/server/cell/

Solution:

In the cell_format file change

from

-key o1 -desc o1

to

-key o1 -desc "o1"

Restart the DP services/daemons

Another thing that can cause this error messages, and also can cause omnitrig services doesn't goes up after a omnisv -start, is that the localhost is not set as 127.0.0.1

The value of jboss.bind.address.management must set up as the IP localhost. on the file:

C:\ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\Server\AppServer\standalone.xml
