DP Upgrade 9.09 to 10.03 - Migration Schedule Fail error "Internal Error cause : IOException"

While performing the  Data Protector upgrade from version 9.09 to 10.03  the migration schedule fails with error "internal error cause: IOException" after partial migrating the backup specification

I faced this issue during multiple upgrades and while troubleshooting noticed that each time the migration starts failing post migrating the specification somewhere near about 475-500 in count and seems the issue with DP 10.03 when the spec count is more than 500 approximately.

The fix for this issue is as below
1. Upgrade the installation to DP 10.04 patch level
2. Manually migrate the remaining backup spec failed to migrate using the command "omnidbutil -migrate_schedules"
