Hi,
Please check the support matrix of DP version.
Probably solaris 5.10 is not supported for that DP version.
The higher version could solve your problem.

Those new OS are NOT supported by DP v5.0, there are not patch or fix to bypass that.
All of the 5.x DP version are out of support. Support matrices can be obtained here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Product.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=101&contentType=SupportManual&docIndexId=179911&prodTypeId=18964∏

I recommend you to upgrade to DP 6.xx.

"5" is not adequate information. Is this 5.0, 5.1, or 5.5? 5.5 does Solaris 10 "ok".
