Data Protector 10.20 - Reporting Server install error

Hi members,

 

My problem is , that i tried install the reporting server with wizard, but doesn't work.
If i type the correct data ( host, port, username, pw), then it write: "Data could not be fetched."  ,
If i used to default port(8443), then it write: "Unable to connect Reporting module."
Ergo,  What I use the port(7116) is good. I checked the port communication , and this port uses the data protector. This is for sure. The login data is correct..

 
What could be the problem?

Hi @karesz55,,

Make sure that the firewall on the Reporting Server allows to communication from Cell Manager on port 8443/TCP. Is the RS installed on Windows or Linux?

Installed on Windows. I'll check the firewall settings later, but wait, the report sent with the previous version worked . Then shouldn't work it?

Is thie a fresh installation or an upgrade of Data Protector (including the Reporting Server)? If this is an upgrade, have you upgraded the Reporting Server locally?
