Dataprotector 6.20 not detect direct connected MSL 4048 FC Library

Hi Friends;

We have an backup inventory as below:

Dataprotector Server and Windows 2003 SP1 installed on it.(DP version: 6.20)

2 x HBA (FC1143 - Qlogic PCI-X HBA)  installed on server.

1 x MSL 4048 LTO 5 FC Library (two drive on it) and direct connected to DP Server's HBAs

we can see MSL Library and tape drives under  media changers and Tape drives on Windows device manager and then we do "autoconfigure devices" on Dataprotector GUI or devbra -dev command, we can't detect MSL 4048 FC library.

We try to disable MSL Library and Drivers on Windows Device Manager but there is no change, still can't detect library..

Also, We upgraded  library and drive to latest firmware, we recognized that sunSurfer Qlogic HBA utility detect library as a disk not tape and also HP storageworks library and tape tools can't detect library..

what we have to do?? Help us please? Thanks.

Try upgrading you qlogic with the latest firmware, and restart your server and msl (msl turns on first, and then server).
