Error viewing the session summary in DP 10

Hello everyone, when I enter the option of Internal Database and right click to a session that failed, I have several alternatives between which is "Restart Failed Objects" or "Resume Session", and choosing one of these options shows the error "A server error has occurred. Reported error message: internal error cause: IOException". Do you have any idea why this message comes out? Additionally 1 month ago we migrated the DP 9 to DP 10.10 and until now the other options work well.

Hello @RCASTILLOS

Please add the following variable into the global file on the CM (Windows: ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\Server\Options\ | Unix: /etc/opt/omni/server/options/)

UseJCEForRestartResume=0

Then restart the services and retry.
