Hi @Anuj,
This is strange. I'm wondering that you use Administrator and WORKGROUP as an administrative account. This system is part of an active directory domain, right?
Please use an domain user with apropirate rights here. Also make sure the same user is added to INET impersonation as @JBasilio mentioned it. You an see it by running omniinetpasswd -list and add it using omniinetpasswd -add USER@DOMAIN from an administrative command prompt.
Are those commands work fine if you login as this USER@DOMAIN from an administrative PowerShell?
Get-MailboxDatabase Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus -Identity 'YourMailboxDB1' Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus -Identity 'YourMailboxDB2' Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus -Identity 'YourMailboxDBn' Get-PublicFolderDatabase Get-PublicFolder -Recurse
Can you please check if the Data Protector INET service is running as LOCAL SYSTEM?

Hi @Anuj,
Before we go any further, we need to go back to the beginning. Here is something totally wrong.

How many Windows servers do you have that need to be backed up with Data Protector? Is there a dedicated backup server for the Cell Manager or do you plan to install the Cell Manager as the only client on the Exchange server (ex16r.exch16.local). According to your screenshots the following services must be listed. If not, you're looking at the wrong console. Does the command omnisv status work on the system?

After restart I have checked the services then following services are running ;
and command omnisv status work also on the system :

Hi @Anuj,
Can you please try the following.
1. Create a new folder C:\Temp, if it does not exist
2. Start the Data Protector GUI in debug mode using the command manager -debug 1-500 C:\Temp\GUI.txt
3. Try to configure the Exchange backup, select the Exchange client, select Specify OS user and use Username: Administrator with Group/Domain name exch16.local
4. Select the Application database dropdown, the error should be displayed
5. Close the GUI and check C:\Temp for created OB2DBG*.txt files

Hi @Anuj,
Can you please install the .NET Framework 3.5.1 on the server according to the following guide? I think it is missing, because there are no PowerShell related logs.
Meet the prerequisites for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010+
https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Data_Protector:10.04/Integrate/about_this_guide/PRE_About_TG/c05-00exchange2010_zdb#MeettheprerequisitesforMicrosoftExchangeServer2010+[edit]

Hi Sebastian Koehler
Thanks for reply
I have installed the .Net Framework 3.5
and follow the below process again :
But no extra file created related to PowerShell log and problem is as it is.
Thanks

Hi Sebastian Koehler
Thanks for reply
Please find the attach zip file of C:\Temp and C:\ProgramData\Omniback\log.
In Log Zip file three files are not included due to large file size : run.log, server.log and server.log.2018-06-01. If I include these file then Zip file was not uploded.
Hi Koehler I have some queries related to Exchange server backup please request you to give the answer.
1. If I have 4 Edb file Total approx size 2 TB then what will be the perfect device setting ( Like Maximum File Depot Size, Minimum free Disk Size etc.) to take complete backup. Is it good to create small size file depot file to take backup ?
2. If there are many .fd file of a backup and any one fd file is missing or rename then Is it possible to restore the backup ? Then in this case How can we restore the backup ?
Thanks
