Is there a way to export all the backup jobs schedules to an excel spreadsheet?

Perhaps the DP reporting can help to get what you want + or -. My reporting skils are poor.

If you especify exactly wich is your goal, maybe someone here can help you with more detail to get a report with the required info.

Re: Export back up schedule from Data Protector

Thanks -

I am trying to make our back up jobs run more efficient. Right now it seems that we have jobs that are 20 minutes later than scheduled due to other jobs using the drives. So they are stuck waiting. I want to look at the schedule as a whole and recreate it.

Well, using the DP GUI, goto reporting->reports->create a report group or select a existing one->Add report->Select "Report on Backup specification usage"->Select a name and from the drop down list and select "Backup specification schedule" -> select your backups specifications or All-> form the send method select log, write the filename and path, select ascii and save.

Run a preview to see if this is what you want.

C:\>omnirpt -report dl_sched -group IDB_Backup
