Failed to get peer certificate.

Hello All,

After successful upgrade(push installation) . I tried to execute below command from client and getting certificate error. Someone please check and help me on this 

PS C:\Users\x924920> omnicc -secure_comm -configure_peer usnencvwcm002.nmcorp.nissan.biz
Error getting certificate from the peer 'usnencvwcm002.nmcorp.nissan.biz'.

Failed to get peer certificate.

This could be a problem with the certificate from the CM or a networking problem. 

Does the name resolution works properly in both ways? 

As workaround, you can add an exception between these two clients: 
omnicc -secure_comm -configure_exception <hostname>

This could be a problem with the certificate from the CM or a networking problem. 

Does the name resolution works properly in both ways? 

As workaround, you can add an exception between these two clients: 
omnicc -secure_comm -configure_exception <hostname>

Thanks for your reply.

Name resolution is working fine from both the ends.

i faced this issue with this particular node alone. Till now completed 15 nodes completed without any issue.

You can try the workaround configuring an exception between the servers. This will help you to add the client.

Is a node in your case a cluster node, cluster package or just a standalone client? What is the operating system of the problematic client?

Have you performed a local upgrade on the client?
