How to set user's "client system" to <Any> (GUI) or * (Command Line) with DP10.60

Jump to solution

Hi,

I'm trying to allow a DP administrator to use DP GUI from multiple clients.

No problem with DP10.30 on HP-UX since "Any" appears in the drop-down menu of the "Client System" field.

But with a DP10.60 fresh install on Linux, "Any" is no more a possible choice in the drop-down menu of the "Client System" field.

Trying command line gives the following error:

# set -f

# omniusers -add -type W -name ATEST -usergroup admin -group EMEA -client \*

ERROR:'*' is not a valid option. Please see product documentation for further information.

#

Could anyone help me to set the good value to the user's Client System field ?

BRgds.
