I want to Upgrade Data Protector A.06.0 to 6.11

I have one cell manager that is installation as well, OS is 2003 server and running filessystem and oracle online backups.
Now i want to upgrade the same server in data protector 6.11,
what is the procedure.

Hello,

The Data Protector A.05.50 A.06.00, and A.06.10 release versions can be directly
upgraded to Data Protector A.06.1 for UNIX and Windows platforms.

The Data Protector A.05.50 A.06.00, and A.06.10 release versions can be directly
upgraded to Data Protector A.06.1 for UNIX and Windows platforms.

The quick procedure is..

Download the 6.11 media.
Run the installer on the system to be upgraded.
Follow the Upgrade wizard and let it complete.
Reboot if necessary.

After that, update your clients via the gui manager (Disk agents, Media Agents, etc)


You do not need to upgrade your licenses or anything.
