Insufficient permissions, access denied.

I have justed installed DP 10..10 on CentOS 7.5 and Data Protect Manager on windows 2012. But on trying to connect to the cell mamanger I am getting this error:

Insufficient permissions, access denied.

How to do I create a  user account on the cell manager from the command line that I can use to administer it from the window server?Or which user account are  I suppose to user on rge DPM .Any pointer is appreciated

You need to create the user according to the user logged on GUI server using this command: 

omniusers -add -type {U | W-usergroup DPUserGroup -name UserName -group GroupOrDomainName -client ClientName [-desc Description]
