Hi @Victor_F_DP , we did not find anything in that option, however, looking in the windows regedit for something with OB2DBG we found that line which we eliminated and finally the txt that were generated by the SYSTEM user stopped appearing.
Thank you very much for all the support and patience.

Hello,
Please try to reboot the server.
If after the reboot still having issues with the debugs, check if you have the variable OB2DBG , set in the (omnirc for windows systems or .omnirc for UX systems).

Hello @RCASTILLOS,
Since DP 10.40, sometimes, in just specific cases, the environmental variable OB2DBG remains after the upgrade/install.
You can try this:
For Windows: Right click in This PC > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables
For Linux: unset OB2DBG
Then restart the services.

Yes, delete that line and restart the services. That should stop the debugs.

The user mentioned there is who performed the upgrade? If it was other, check the variable under that user too.
And do the following:
- Remove the variable.
- Stop the services.
- Remove all the debugs created.
- Check with Process Explorer or Task Manager that no process from Omniback are still running. If so, kill it.
- Start the services and check.

Hi @Victor_F_DP , the client uses a single user for the DP, there are no others.
We carry out the steps you indicate, but the txt's still appear ... it's really weird.

There is at least one process there running. Can you try to reboot the server?

Hi @Victor_F_DP , we stopped all services, we checked that no process with the name of Omniback is running, we deleted all the content of the tmp folder, we waited a few minutes to validate that no txt appears and when confirming this we proceeded to restart the server, but despite this still keeps showing up after reboot. 😞

Probably there is other site where the variable is saved.
Could you please check the OB2DBG variable for any other user too. Just to confirm if there is other location.
