You get this errors if the files are still in use.

Yes I get these errors when the files are still in use.
I want a method by which I can identify the files and the same can be mailed to
the administrator using the "mailx" option.

These errors appear when you do not exclude your filesystems.
e.g. In de 'object save' / (root) you need to exclude the mounted filesystems
like /var, /opt, /usr
The mounted filesystems must have a separate line in the datalist.
If you have a mounted filesystem on /opt, let's say /opt/tom,you must exclude
/opt/tom in de save of /opt and you have to make a separate line for the
/opt/tom filesystem.
