Restore of the filesystem backup which is from a particular server failed. At the same time, I was able to restore other filesystems to the same client from the cell manager.

That message says a problem with the connection from DA to MA. Secure comm mostly.
Run this command from both servers involved pointing to the other: omnicc -secure_comm -configure_peer CLIENTNAME
Clients: kseb-dc-tstnqa-101 and kseb-dc-bkp-nnmi-ap101.ems.kseb.in
