SQL backup - [61:3003] Lost connection to OB2BAR Backup DA named "ERROR"
SQL FUll Backup failed immediately with the below error:
[61:3003] Lost connection to OB2BAR Backup DA named "ERROR"
on host hostname
Ipc subsystem reports" "IPC Read Error
System Error"  Access is denied.
But, SQL DIff & Trans backup are running successful. Full Backups were are running successfull till very recently.

Make sure that no Antivirus is interfering with DP. Exclude the Omniback folders from the Antivirus.
Also, check that the user that is running Inet has full permissions to Omniback folders.

Try to verify what is the account that is configured on inet service and log into SQL SERVER DB to check if it have permissions to do backup.
In the SQL SERVER DB, go to "Databases > Security > Logins" and find the account configured on inet service.
Rigth Click It > Properties
In the "Select a Page" window, go to "Server Roles"
I Recommend set to SYSADMIN role.
Apply, Restart the DP Inet Service and test the backup again.
