Synch production catalog database in Disaster Recovery DP server.

I've got a Dataprotector 6.1 version in production (Cell server is under HP-UX 11i v2).
Also I've got a disaster recovery site with dataprotector.

In case of a disaster I need to be able that the production tapes will be ready to be used into the DP on DR site.

One of the methods to get this is to import the DP catalog (IDB) into DR site and then enter the production tapes into DP on DR site.

I'd like to know if there is other faster method (without import the catalog IDB): For example:

1. Restore directory structure under /etc/opt/omni, /var/opt/omni, etc. from prod. DP server into DP server in DR site
2. Introduce all the Production tapes into DR library
3. Re-enter DP licenses (IP dependant) of DR site

Aditional info:

A) Production DP server and DR DP server are the same except IP values (host name and cell server name are the same)
B) MSL library on Production and DR site are the same except pro. library contains 2 drives and DR library contains one drive

Thanks in advance for any help
