change ssl certificate from a trusted CA

Hello all,

we would like to know if there's the possibility to change the SSL self signed certificate with another provided from a company's trusted CA.

if yes, how can we do to accomplish that job?

If you mention the certifications for Secure Comm (ECC in DP 9), this can be done. Please refer to this link:

I was wondering if the information from the manual is useful to you? I'm currently working on a how-to replace the Secure Communication client-server certificates in Data Protector 10.x with certificates from a Windows CA. Would that be helpful?
