Hello

What is the OS version for erpbckp?

What is the library model?

Do you have DP patches installed?

Could you please share a whole backup session report?

Best Regards

Re: /dev/sg73 Cannot open exchanger control device (Device type mismatch)

Hi @Mukesh gautam,

Most likely the changer has either disappeared (is broken or simply offline) or it is using a new device file on Linux. Check devbra -dev to find out if the device is still detected and change the configuration in GUI Devices & Media for the library changer accordingly. I would recommend using the Automatically discover changed SCSI address option to automate this process.
