Hello @Dinesh17,

Please check if you can see any obvious errors/corruption in the cell_info file on the Cell Manager. You might run omnicc -update_host <Client> for each client in the cell_info file from the Cell Manager to have their entries in the file properly added again.

Hello @Dinesh17

The CM is the same GUI server or it's another server?

The best idea to troubleshoot this is to collect debugs from the GUI and the event logs from Windows. I do not think that you will be able to share that logs here, but if so, send them. If not, open a case to understand better.

 HI Sebastian,

We renamed cell_info file and started executing omnicc -update_host <Client> for each client in the cell_info file from the Cell Manager  and it resolved the issue. Thanks !!!

Hello @Dinesh17,

I'm glad this worked for you. Not sure what was wrong, but maybe someone changed the file manually in the past and made a typo. With DP 10.x there was a slight change to the file format. You can see that the client names are no longer in double quotes.
