scheduled job does not start

My DataProtector 6.11
on windows 2003

if the jobs are executed manually,
work well

but passes the time and date scheduled and the backup does not start

and review the logs, but there is no error message that can be associated with this problem.

I have a task scheduled at 12:00, 12:15 and 12:30 ... only appears in the debug.log this.

Is this the only job that is not working?

Verify the CRS service account, it must be member of the DP admin group.

the services CSF has a correct user.

All backups will not start automatically .. only manual work

I did not sayed that the user is wrong.

Commonly, if none of the scheduled backup starts, is becouse the user used to run the CRS service is not member of the Data Protector Admin group or Operator Group.
