MaxRows messages encountered in developed collectors

Hi All,
We are using Sentinel Log Manager 1.2, and during development and
testing of one of our collectors for a software we are getting the
following "Collector Internal Message",

"MaxRows parameter is too small for this database source!"

"MaxRows query size too large to handle!"

The collector is retrieving application specific audit data from
application table from Oracle database

Can anyone please specify how the MaxRows parameter can be specified,
the collector has CONNECTION_METHOD as "DATABASE" and CONNECTION_MODE as
"map"

hope I have posted it in correct forum.

Regards,
Saqib

The root problem is that your offset is not incrementing, which might
mean that the calculation you are doing for the offset value may be
incorrect, leading the collector to tell the connnector to pull the same
set of rows every time.

Re: MaxRows messages encountered in developed collectors

Hi Brandon,
Thanks, I had already got the problem fixed, you are right I had used
the Oracle default collector to create my personalized collector, and I
had changed the calculation criteria for Offset but not SubOffset, that
is why it was not calculating the correct value.

Thanks and Regards,
Saqib
