Using diagnostics with Performance Center

Jump to solution

Hello.

I'm not familiar with diagnostics with performance center.  We have a diagnostics server (for pc) ready and installed diagnostics agent on app server.  In order to test it, don't I need to run a pc test with diagnostics?  If yes, how do I do this? Or, where can I find the steps to use diagnostics with pc?  The manuals have me lost.

Thank you.

You need to define your Diagnostics Server info in the PC Admin site. And then while designing the load test scenario, go to J2EE Diagnostics option and select the relevant probes. With this you can see the diangostics data while executing the load test and also in analysis results. It was well documented in the PC Guides. Let us know in case of any doubt.
