Each time a user in either Digital Safe or Supervisor needs to reset their password a ticket must be created and the password is reset by Support. This is not an efficient process internally and externally. Users should have the ability to reset their own passwords.
Enhancement Requested is to create Self-Service Password Reset availability for users on all platforms, such as, Digital Safe and Supervisor. The user would have the ability to reset their ipassword within the platform. The user would request a password reset and receive an email with a temporary password. The user would be prompted to change the temporary password when subsequently logging in.
